When the Infogrammes screen appears press Up, Down, Triangle, Circle then Up, Down, Triangle + Circle at the same time, then lock off should appear and press any one of these: press and hold L1 for no time on arcade games L2 to narrow the tracks Left + R1 to replace the peogeot car with a jeep or hold Left + L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 for them all but not the extra car.
Various Cheats
At the while intro screen, when the infogrames logo appears, quickly press Up, Down, Triangle + Circle. The message "Lock Off" will appear. Now press any of the following "Codes":
Effect --- Code
Time Off --- Left + L1
Narrow On --- Left + L2

Restart On --- Left + R2
