TIP: An easy way to face North in the game is to find a ledge facing South and jump up and hang on it.

ALL SECRET ITEMS
Face north, highlight the Large Medipack in your inventory, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + V, and press Tri when needle faces directly north.

UNLIMITED ITEMS
Face north, highlight the Small Medipack in your inventory, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2, and press ^ when needle faces directly north.

ALL WEAPONS AND UNLIMITED AMMO
Face north, highlight the Small Medipack in your inventory, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + ^, and press Tri when needle faces directly north.
