Easy level up for water magic
If you reach a save point don't recover right away. Take any character with water magic and spend all of their MP casting healing spells. This will give you Water magic experience points. Then step on the save point and recover. This way you can get water experience, but recover the mp right away.

Beat Final Boss Easily
First you have to beat Ball, this can be easy or hard depending on your level. The easiest way is to have Rapp use Demon Ball twice then attack to save Sp, Fenna use Zapwhip then dragonzap then have her attack, Liete use all heal or symphony if your life is high and have Justin equipped with Spirit Sword and Ashura as Accessory. Then just attack to save SP. Attack Ball and ignore his partners. When you have done this go on the drop again to travel to the top floor. Get the items and use Liete spells to heal up then use an SP potion to heal your magic and the gold potions to heal Sp. Go to the hallway and engage in battle with Gaia. Use the same method but have Justin use Midair Cut. Don't use any thing with magic evolved or his last attack I do not know what it is because I did not need it. The Mega-Gaias should be your first target to keep them from producing more guys. Ignore the ones they produce because after you kill them they come back. After you kill the Mega-Gaias they die anyway. Take down both and then go after Gaia. Just attack because I was to fast for him and he did not hit me once. After he dies you have to beat his heart. He did not hit me once, all he used was cold and my guys were not effected. After this you beat the game.
Beat the first Gaia
To defeat the first Gaia you will need free experience. When Gadwin and Sue leave your party they leave experence in books. Use these books on Justin and Feena. Concentrate on attacking Gaia's body, not the arms. Once the body is gone the Gaia is destroyed. Use Midair Cut, Burnflare, Milda Kick, and Rapp's missle or discutter will finsh the Gaia quickly. Just to be on the safe side heal as much as possible.
Ganydemede strategies
Use your strongest moves for about 10 turns and he's finshed. (I beat this boss in 5 minutes)
Hidden Mission
To access a bonus stage, go to the Zil Dessert on Disc 2. In the southern part of the desert, there should be a path in the canyon wall that leads to the castle of dreams. (If you still cannot find it, go south from the desserts exit alog the wall.) This area is just a place to gain exp and obtain the Lightning sword.
Hidden Mission: Soldier Graveyard
To access the hidden mission "Soldier Graveyard", you must enter the Zil Desert by way of Cafu (the real entrance). Once you are clear of the trees head right until you see a small brown building with massive doors. This building leads to the hidden mission...but the enemies there give very little experience, so this site is not as good for training as the "Dream Castle" or even the Zil Desert itself.
Master Chang strategies
You fight this battle in the Church of parm. To defeat Master Chang use Howl magic, V-slash, Puffy Kick, and Sue's water magic to keep you alive.
Nana, Saki, and Mio strategies
You fight these bosses in Garlyle Base. Use the same tactics for each girl. Use howlslash, W-break, Burnflame, Puffy kick and combos. (Note Nana is weak against knifes, Saki is weak against a V-slash attack, and Mio is weak against everything.)
Orc King strategies
You fight this boss in Leck Mines. Kill the Orcs first. To defeat this menace use V-slash and Puffy kick. Watch out for his fire breath.
Rock Bird strategies
This is the boss you fight in Sult Ruins. To kill this quickly use Justin's V-slash and have Sue use Rah-Rah if nessasary. Attack with combos after Sp runs out.
Squid King strategies
This is the Boss you fight on the Ghost Ship. This is one of the hardest Bosses you will encounter. The only way you will win is the dis-honorable way. Use Feena's Flame attacks and Justin's V-slash and have Sue heal any time to any one who is not at maxium HP. (Note: You will die if you don't use Flame Magic. Also you get your first Mana Egg here, use it to get Sue some water spells.)

Gran Turismo 2 PlayStation 1 Cheats
Unlock Super License
First earn the A, B, International A, B, & C Licenses. The Super License will now be available.
Unlock Event Synthesizer Race
After earning the Super License(see above), you will be able to unlock the Event Synthesizer Race.
Eight Tracks
Go to Arcade Mode and enter the "Bonus Items" option. You should see the letters A, B, and C above each of the levels given. As you do the following, they will be covered with a blue, yellow, or red dot. To fill in the four big question marks, go back to the main Arcade Mode screen. Then, go to "Single Race", choose any difficulty level, and place first in each of the four original levels with an A class car e.g., Mitsubishi GTO, a B class car e.g., Mitsubishi Eclipse, and a C class car (ex: Honda Civic 3-Door). After you have done this, go back to the "Bonus Items" menu and the four big question marks should be filled in with these levels: Autumn Ring, Deep Forest, SS R5, and Grand Valley Speedway. That totals eight tracks.
To get the GT hi-fi mode
Finish the GT world cup then the GT hi-fi mode will be appear in the special event.
Hints
In arcade mode, winning first place, on any of the original four tracks, in all three classes of vehicles (a, b, c) will open a new track (a total of four). If you come in first on all eight tracks, in all classes of vehicles, on the EASY difficulty setting, four new car manufacters will be available for you to choose from (Toyota, Subaru, Dodge, including a concept car, and TVR). If you win first on all eight tracks, in all classes of vehicles, on the NORMAL difficulty setting, a cheesy movie and the game credits will be available.
Break the sound barrier in GT
Select a 4WD car. Start and get some speed. Hit a wall at 90 degree. Hold the throttle open. Now your car is stopped, wheels spinning and smoking. Slightly steer to whichever you want to go. Suddenly your car is accelerated. Try to keep your car sticking to the wall so that the acceleration continue.
Easy Start
This game is very different than GT, you don't win Cups anymore, you have to race tracks one by one. Also, most of the races are limited to a certain HP. The first races you should take are the Sunday Cup and the Clubman Cup. Buy a used R32 Skyline and tune it enough to have a lot of HP. Race all of the races and keep gaining money.
Easy Money and Cars
First,you must have at least 300,000 now and an I-A liscense. Buy a Mitsubishi 3000GT MR-Twin Turbo and tune it to the max. Go to Special Events and enter the No#1 Tuned Turbo Car World Cup. All the races here pay 50,000, but are kinda hard. Pick the one with the Test Course. The cars here are unforgiving so make sure you tune your car to go to at least 210 MPH. Race 3 consecutive times and you will win the second ultimate car the HKS R33 Drag. Which sells for 250,000.
License tests guide
First 2 parts of getting license B - you must come to a complete stop in the checked area at the end of the track within the time limit (36 then 27 - I think).
In all the sessions you must get under the time on the description screen, but on the first 2 you've also got to brake and stop on the checkered bit after the finish line. Your time doesn't count until you've completely stopped.
B License
B-1 through B-7 must be passed before entering B-8.
License B-1 [Start, Accelerate, and Stop, part 1]
acccelerate in a straight line from starting point and stop completely in the goal area at 1000 meters away. Overunning the goal area or over-time, you are disqualified. The car is Mazda Demio. Time limit is 36 seconds.
License B-2 [Start, Accelerate, and Stop, part 2]
Accelerate in a straight line from starting point and stop completely in the goal area at 1000 meters away. Since the car is heavier and more powerful, you'll need to brake earlier. The car is Mitsubishi GTO. Time limit is 27 seconds.
License B-3 [Basic Cornering, part 1]
Accelerate the straight from starting point, turn the first corner, and run through the finish gate over the hill. Be careful to corner smoothly. Course-out is disqualified. The car is Honda CR-X Del Sol. Time limit is 29 seconds.

Accelerate through the long straight, and turn right tightly the first corner. Since you have to brake while turning gradually left before the first corner, the machine tend to lose stability. The car is Mazda RX-7. Time limit is 44 seconds.
License A-4 [Applied Complex Cornering, part 1]
Go through the complex series of corners efficiently. Do not slow down unnecesarily, maintain the average speed of the whole section. The car is Nissan Skyline GT-R. Time limit is 39 seconds.
License A-5 [Applied Complex Cornering, part 2]
Go through the high-speed left-right S-curve, and turn tight to left. It is vital to keep the exit speed of the last tight left turn. Touching to the wall will lose the time big. The car is Honda Prelude. Time limit is 32 seconds.
License A-6 [Applied Complex Cornering, part 3]
Go through the complex corners after the acceleration section. Since you have to brake while turning left for the first right tight-turn, machine will tend to lose stability. Also keep the line smooth. The car is Toyota MR2. Time limit is 27 seconds.
License A-7 [Special Technique]
Go round the 100-meter tiny specially-set circuit for 5 times. You need to turn quickly without spinning, using low-speed hand-brake technique. The car is Subaru Impreza. Time limit is 33 seconds.
License A-8 [A License Examination]
Start, turn right the first corner, go through the high-speed section, turn right a hair-pin, then finish. This is a tough test that goes through tight turn with high-speed entrance. The car is Toyota Supra RZ. Time limit is 1 minute 8 seconds.

IA-1 through IA-7 must be passed to enter IA-8.

Double Your Cash and Garage Space
It is understood that your garage in Gran Turismo 2 only holds 100 cars at a time. Lets say you have 100 cars and $10 million credits Save your game play twice on two differants memory cards. Use one card as your primary garage and one as your secondary garage. Now take the first card and sell off all the lower cars then safe agian. Now take the secondary card , load up and sell all the higher cars then safe again on the secondary card. Keep your best race cars on the primary and all others on the secondary. You have now double your garage space to 200 and have doubled your credits with 10 million in each , plus what you got for the sold cars for a total credits of 20 million plus whatever earned on sold cars, split between the two garages. If you need to transfer a car from one garage to the other, use the data tranfer mode off the main menu by buying the cars off each other You will never lose the money for you own both garages. When one garage fills up, do it again.
Extra HP in HP limited races
On the simulation disc you can use a car with up to 5 more HP on the races (with limited HP). Go buy a item such as race mufflers or computer, but do not equip them on the car. Before the race go into settings and equip the item. The computer will allow around 5 HP more than posted.
Get the elusive Lancia Stratos
To get the rare and very futuristic looking Stratos, despite that it was made in the 80's, you must beat the 200KM Apricot Hill Endurace Race. You may also get a [R]Viper GTS-R.
Quick Way To Get Going
Buy a fairly cheap car and win the really easy things (e.g Sunday Cup). Then use your little funds to get your car to around 200hp. Then enter the last race of the 80's sports cars cup at Thaiti Road. This should not be difficult to win and you get a racing edition 80's Skyline with about 550hp. With this you can win anything and get loads of money.
Fast Money
First get every lisence up to international A. Then go to mazda used cars and buy the one which is the most expencive (for under $10,000. The colour for the car is brilliant black). Then go and win the first race of the Sunday Cup until you get $25000-$27000. Then go to Mitibishi used cars and buy the blue lancer. Then go to Muscle Cup under special events. Win the first race around 3 times and you win $7000 each time. But you win a car which you can sell for $25000. Now tune your lancer with all the things which gives you more speed. Now enter the second race of the Muscle Cup. Here you win $8000 and a car which you can sell for $75000. Win that 7 or 8 times and you have yourself with over $500,000! Its easy if your as good as me!
Really easy money
Using a Escuda on the 3rd race of Gran Turismo All Stars can net up to 10 million dollars in a hour. Another easy one is the 1st race on The touring car under special events. The car is worth 125,000.

License tests guide
First 2 parts of getting license B - you must come to a complete stop in the checked area at the end of the track within the time limit (36 then 27 - I think).
In all the sessions you must get under the time on the description screen, but on the first 2 you've also got to brake and stop on the checkered bit after the finish line. Your time doesn't count until you've completely stopped.
B License

Go through the complex corners after the acceleration section. Since you have to brake while turning left for the first right tight-turn, machine will tend to lose stability. Also keep the line smooth. The car is Toyota MR2. Time limit is 27 seconds.

Go round the 100-meter tiny specially-set circuit for 5 times. You need to turn quickly without spinning, using low-speed hand-brake technique. The car is Subaru Impreza. Time limit is 33 seconds.

Start, turn right the first corner, go through the high-speed section, turn right a hair-pin, then finish. This is a tough test that goes through tight turn with high-speed entrance. The car is Toyota Supra RZ. Time limit is 1 minute 8 seconds.

Double Your Cash and Garage Space
It is understood that your garage in Gran Turismo 2 only holds 100 cars at a time. Lets say you have 100 cars and $10 million credits Save your game play twice on two differants memory cards. Use one card as your primary garage and one as your secondary garage. Now take the first card and sell off all the lower cars then safe agian. Now take the secondary card , load up and sell all the higher cars then safe again on the secondary card. Keep your best race cars on the primary and all others on the secondary. You have now double your garage space to 200 and have doubled your credits with 10 million in each , plus what you got for the sold cars for a total credits of 20 million plus whatever earned on sold cars, split between the two garages. If you need to transfer a car from one garage to the other, use the data tranfer mode off the main menu by buying the cars off each other You will never lose the money for you own both garages. When one garage fills up, do it again.
Extra HP in HP limited races
On the simulation disc you can use a car with up to 5 more HP on the races (with limited HP). Go buy a item such as race mufflers or computer, but do not equip them on the car. Before the race go into settings and equip the item. The computer will allow around 5 HP more than posted.
Get the elusive Lancia Stratos
To get the rare and very futuristic looking Stratos, despite that it was made in the 80's, you must beat the 200KM Apricot Hill Endurace Race. You may also get a [R]Viper GTS-R.
Quick Way To Get Going
Buy a fairly cheap car and win the really easy things (e.g Sunday Cup). Then use your little funds to get your car to around 200hp. Then enter the last race of the 80's sports cars cup at Thaiti Road. This should not be difficult to win and you get a racing edition 80's Skyline with about 550hp. With this you can win anything and get loads of money.
Fast Money
First get every lisence up to international A. Then go to mazda used cars and buy the one which is the most expencive (for under $10,000. The colour for the car is brilliant black). Then go and win the first race of the Sunday Cup until you get $25000-$27000. Then go to Mitibishi used cars and buy the blue lancer. Then go to Muscle Cup under special events. Win the first race around 3 times and you win $7000 each time. But you win a car which you can sell for $25000. Now tune your lancer with all the things which gives you more speed. Now enter the second race of the Muscle Cup. Here you win $8000 and a car which you can sell for $75000. Win that 7 or 8 times and you have yourself with over $500,000! Its easy if your as good as me!
Really easy money
Using a Escuda on the 3rd race of Gran Turismo All Stars can net up to 10 million dollars in a hour. Another easy one is the 1st race on The touring car under special events. The car is worth 125,000.

Hidden Video of the GT Staff
In Arcade Mode, first get the hidden tracks, then, on every track, take 1st place with any car in A, B, and C class mode on Normal setting or higher. Then go to Bonus Items, you'll see "Staff Video" on the menu.
Hi-Fi Mode, Bonus Cars and Bonus Tracks
To get all the bonus items in Arcade mode, which include the four other tracks (Autumn Ring, Deep Forest, SSR5, and Grand Valley Speedway), all the other cars (Toyota, Subaru, Dodge, and TVR), the ending movie, and Hi-res GT Mode, you have to beat every single track with each type of car (A, B, and C) under all three modes of difficulty (Easy, Normal, Difficult.)
Free Parts
It seems there is a bug in GT which means you can make free duplicate copies of any parts you buy for a particular type of car. Try this:
Buy two identical cars. Give them a different color scheme if you like.
Buy loads of parts for the first one - fully spec it up if you like.
Check out its list of fitted parts from the garage (you should see a list of what you just bought.)
Switch to the other car and get in it (the one which you haven't fitted any parts on yet) and check its fitted parts list (should be empty).
Still in the second car, go race (Spot Race will do).
When you get options to qualify, go to Machine Setting, then Change Parts. You'll now find you can select all the parts from the other car, tyres, turbos, suspension, intercooler etc, in effect fully spec'ing up the second car.
Exit the race, and go back to the garage. Check out the list of fitted parts for both cars. The parts are now installed for both of them!
NOTE:This won't work for the Weight Reduction or Racing Mod options and a few other things (like port polishing), as these are not available from the Change Parts menu - they're not really "parts" as such anyway. Also, it doesn't seem to work with cars that have been won.
Of course the best thing you can do with this is sell the extra cars. As it cost you nothing to increase its specs, you'll make a profit when you sell it!
Faster Acceleration
To accelerate faster, rev your engine during the countdown. Be sure to go from the lowest point in neutral to the hightest point in neutral, and back down to the lowest point in neutral as many times as you can before you go.
Easy Money
The easiest way to get lots of money later in the game is to race the qualifier for the all nighter. You get $20,000 just for qualifing and it is very easy to do this with the GTO special edition or any other car with good speed/acceleration and handling. It takes app. 1'45" to complete with the GTO special edition.
Concept Car
In order to get the Dodge Concept Car, which you cant buy, you have to win the British vs US race.
Get some speed
Then smash a wall at a 90 degree angle
Hug the wall for about half a lap
As soon as you do that get off the wall quickly and start driving on the road. Enjoy your speed!
$1,000,000
Go backwards on high speed ring for three laps if you don't go off the track or hit any cars when you pass the finish line the third time you should here a car horn then at the main menu, you will have 1,000,000 dollars and the concept car.
Super Car
Super car get a gto twin turbo (mitsubishi) sup it up all the way and it should be able to hit 248 mph.

Originally, Shannon put that if you just 'sup' up a Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo, you'll hit 248 MPH. If you know how, mess with the Gear ratio's for the car's racing transmission. You'll be able to hit over 250.
Unlimited Money and all Cars
Enter the Gran Turismo mode. Go into your garage and get into a Dodge Viper R/10 in the blue colour. (you can get this car at Chrisler) go and start the Sunday Cup you will need a B-Licence for this. When you are Racing do the first lap without coming of the Track as soon as you did the first lap turn around and drive the other direction.
Do that one lap without comming of the track once. After you done that pause the game and press L1+R1+cross+up+down and then quit the race. Go to the garage and change your car to anything you like.
If you done this right you should hear a ringing sound under neath your screen it should say "unlimited credits". You will have unlimited credits and all the cars in the gran turismo mode.

Once you have obtained the I-B license, buy a decent car with under 394 HP (I used a tuned up Mitsubishi Lancer GSR VI). Once you have done this, go to the 80's Sports Car Cup, under Special Events. Go to the fifth race in this cup (Tahiti Road). Tahiti road is an easy track to win at, and every time you win, you recieve 10000 cash and a Nissan Skyline worth 125,000 credits. You may not want to sell it though. It has 555 HP and a Maz Speed of 190 MPH. Consider winning this race multiple times, and selling all of the cars but one.

Where To Find The Bonus Rounds
There are bonus rounds in each stage of Gex except Rez Knight Fever. Here's how to find them:
CEMETARY:
Play through the level unti you reach the camera. Climb up the wall to the left (with a few spikes). look for the floating platform to theright. Jump onto the platform, and keep going right until you reach the bonus portal on the last platform.
NEW TOONLAND:
Climb up the level until you reach the camera with the remote control directly above it. Climb up the remote pedastal. You should see a green block to the left. Jump across the block, then run and fall to the left (DON't JUMP!). Look for the arrow of golden bugs pointing down at the small ledge with the bonus portal.
JUNGLE ISLE:
Walk past the first camera and drop through the collapsing section of the bridge. Swim left through the water and keep moving left into the wall. You can't see the bonus portal, but you can hear it.
KUNG FUVILLE:
Play through the level until you reach the third camera. Go to the right until you reach some steps with a sumo wrestler on the right and a flying eyeball to the left. Do a super-spring jump off the eyeball and bounce up and left to the platform with the bonus portal.
REZOPOLIS:
Play through the level to the second camera. Go to the right until you need to climb upward. Scurry to the top and bounce left across the acid bubbles to the ledge with the bonus portal. You don't even need tobounce on the bubbles, if you jump far enough to the left.
Secret Levels Of Planet X
1) Find a bonus round in each world (Cemetary, New Toonland, etc.)
2) Achieve a perfect score in each round (you don't have to get a perfect score in each round; 27 out of 30 barrels will do.
3) When you've beaten all 5 bonus rounds with perfect scores, you get all five pieces to the Planet X remote.
4) If you get a Planet X remote piece and then you die before you finish the level, you still keep the remote piece.
5) You have to collect all 5 pieces in one play session

Easiest way to beat dr lem
Get him to dash in to the computer terminal and stay on the other side of it and he will keep dasing and hitting the ground while you lay him full of nelcon and be sure to have a recovery capsule on hand (optional) or get your AP up and just fry him, then make sure to have a demeral on hand.
Another way to kill both forms of Dr. Lem
Use the following trick for an easy kill for both forms of Dr. Lem during the Boss fight at the end of Disc 1. Run around until your AP is maxed, and then enter the Boss room. When the battle begins, simply short on Dr. Lem and he will fall to the ground, dead like any regular enemy. After the FMV sequence, you will have to fight his second form. You should still be shorting. Just stand there and allow him get close to you. He will fall dead. When you save and start on Disc 2, your AP will have returned to normal. Note: This trick does not work on any other Boss.
Super short
Complete the game one time, and a replay option will appear. This will allow you start the game with an unnamed drug. The drug has the same effect as Apollinar, but when you short, it will allow you to run, decrease your HP slower, and will automatically kill all Bosses. When you use some Delemoter this status will go away, but every time you short after that it will still be a super short.

Future Cop L.A.P.D. PlayStation 1 Cheats
Special Power Up
Enter gameplay and pause the game. Go into the options menu and highlight sound FX volume. Press O, O, O, O, square, X, select, square, X, select, O. Go to quit and enter yes, The screen should flip for correct code entry.
Heavy Power Up

On the 4th level go through the first gate. Turn left and destroy any enemies that get in your way.Go straight, then in the first alley, turn left and go straight all the way to the end. Once you reach the limit of the screen, turn right and go all the way down to the water and there's your Robo Dog heavy weapon.
Riot Shield Technology
In the Studio City level destroy the four control towers at the start of the level.(You have to do this to proceed anyway.) Now in the north west corner of the subway area, a laser fence should diactivate. Behind it is a switch that can be activated. Continue on with the level. Just past the giant mushroom area, you should encounter a large green mutant(your briefer will call it a bodygaurd.) Destroy the sign that reads "Mutant Soccer Champ" behind the bodygaurd. Backtrack to the mushroom area. As you enter, take a right turn onto a gray cliff. Proceed along this cliff. You should find a reloader with a shield symbol with a lightining bolt on it. This is the riot shield.
Grenade Technology
In the Zuma Beach Level, follow the road you begin on to the first crowd control area. Here you must destroy two pink flamingoes atop two different buildings. Continue the level until you reach the mini boss. Destroy the mini boss and drop into the hole it creates. In the area below, find a inactive tank that can be hurt. Destroy it to reveal the grenade tech.

Front Mission 3 PlayStation 1 Cheats
Split point
The "split point" in the game is so close to the start that gamers could play the same story and never know what they did wrong. It occurs when you finish the Wanzer testing. Royogo will ask you if you want to deliver Construction Wanzers with him. If you go with him you will get Emma's story. If you do not go with him you will get Alisa's story.
Capturing enemy Wanzers
To capture an enemy Wanzer, make him surrender. Any Wanzers that surrendered before the stage is cleared will become yours. You can tell if a Wanzer has surrendered by looking at its color. If it is gray, and has a white flag on top of it, it has surrendered. This does not work, however, for tanks, jeeps, etc., as you can not store them.
Backup Wanzer
If you capture an enemy Wanzer at the end of a battle, keep it. This way, if you lose a Wanzer in your next battle, you have a spare Wanzer to replace it. Besides, you do not have to replace any destroyed parts on a captured Wanzer; they are automatically repaired for you. Just make sure that you add some weapons to it, because your only attack on a captured Wanzer is the HADRBLOW, which is the weakest.
Restart a battle
Save the game as soon as you start a battle. If you lose, you can reload the save from the beginning of the fight and try a different strategy. This also prevents you from losing a Wanzer that you want to keep.
Kill ejected enemy pilots easier
Attack an ejected pilot with a machine gun, shotgun or flamethrower. Although rifles, missiles, and melee weapons do much more damage, you will often miss completely because only one shot is fired. However, a machinegun and shotgun will fire multiple times, and the flamethrowers can attack a target at least four times.
Fighting helicopters
Helicopters are big, but you have a greater chance of hitting them with a machine gun or shotgun than any other ranged weapon. Missiles, however, can usually hit a helicopter if it is almost out of missile range.
Grenade launcher
A grenade launcher does not strike one square; it strikes several, depending on which type you have. Make sure "friendly" units are at least two squares from the damage area to prevent a "friendly fire" situation.
Keep Battle Skills
Successfully complete Emma's or Alisa's story line. Save the game after the credits have completed. Load the saved game at the title screen to play either story line again with all previously learned Battle Skills.
Get new endings
Clear the game, then start a new game and save it over top of your other file. Then clear the game again with the name of Cloud Honshi (for you who played Final Fantasy VII, he is Clouds brother). If you entered the cheat you would see him in the ending of the game he looks alot like cloud but he is darker in skin.
Get A Lotta Exp!
In Network, go to Japan Ministry Of Transit. On the site, you will find a simulator "map". The password is: SINTJ. When using this map, you'll face Imaginary Numbers and SF WZR Pilots, with the best armament available in the game(?), and body hp from 700 to 1200. You can't beat them, BUT from every shot you fire at them, you'll receive atleast 25 exp, and if you hit, even more exp. Kill one, and you get 300 exp. Also learn Exp X3 from Shangdi1 legs, these you get automatically in Alisa's story.
